Welcome! Mt. Rainier Leadership is proudly sponsored by the Association of Washington Student Leaders (AWSL), a statewide organization dedicated to empowering students to lead and make positive change in their schools, communities, and themselves.

Each summer, AWSL serves more than 3,000 students through its Summer Leadership Camps across Washington State. These camps provide immersive, hands‑on leadership experiences that focus on communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, social‑emotional learning, and personal growth. Designed for high school students, AWSL Summer Camps combine large‑group learning, small‑group connection, reflection, and relationship‑building in a supportive camp environment—often described by participants as one of the most impactful weeks of their lives.

As part of the AWSL Summer Camp community, Mt. Rainier Leadership offers delegates the opportunity to grow alongside motivated peers from across the state while building skills and connections that endure well beyond camp.
