Mt. Rainier Leadership is committed to developing leaders who make an impact not only in their school communities, but in society as well. We aspire to raise awareness in our delegates, sharpen their skills, and teach them practical tools. By facilitating experiential learning, we seek to provide lessons that will serve delegates throughout their lives. During this week, we stretch ourselves and each other beyond our comfort zones, for we believe that genuine growth is realized through true challenge, whether as individuals or as a group.
